What you’ll be doing:
Set up workstation with required mise en place, tools, equipment, and supplies;
Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of items according to specific menus;
Ensure consistent food standards in a fast-paced environment;
Ensure kitchen is kept clean and exceeds food safety standards;
Supervise station staff;
Train new station staff
You’ll be a good fit if:
At least 3 years working experience in a similar capacity
Prior experience in supervising staff is advantageous
Must be able to rotate day and night shifts
Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in Fine Dining is advantageous’
Prior experience in Kosher cuisine is advantageous
